They empower each teammate to learn from industry leaders, develop their skills, and build lasting connections nationwide. %26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe Research and Matching Specialist is responsible for resolving supplier inquiries, entering supplier invoices and performing research on invoices that do not match.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3EBenefits you can count on:%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EGenerous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEarn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAdditional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3EWhat you’ll do as a Research and Matching Specialist:%26nbsp;%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EAnswer main phone line for supplier inquiries.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAccept supplier inquiries via mail, email, fax or phone.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECommunicate the research results to the supplier within 20 days of receipt of the inquiry.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ERecord and manage the work inside the imaging and workflow system. %26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EName the source of the error so those interested can make improvements.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAccurately key all relevant data from the supplier’s invoice. %26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEnter all invoices the same day received to earn all available cash discounts.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EResearch invoices that do not successfully match to product receiving reports including past due invoices.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECorrect EDI data when possible so EDI invoice can progress forward with system processing.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EMonitor incoming paper invoices when the supplier has been converted to EDI. %26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECommunicate needed changes to reduce extra work.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ETrack and report the invoice match rate to interested supervisors.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOther duties may be assigned.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3EQualifications you’ll bring as a Research and Matching Specialist:%26nbsp;%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EHigh School diploma or GED.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EHave 1 year of data entry experience.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to communicate well at all levels both verbally and in writing.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to assess and prioritize work to meet company, department and supplier deadlines.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to type 40 WPM using PC and 10 key speed of 100 KPM with 95% accuracy.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProficient with general computer and software skills.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EGeneral bookkeeping and/or accounts payable experience is preferred.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EKnowledge of Oracle is preferred.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EThis position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
