YOUR GROWTH You will work in our Gurugram/Delhi - Vatika (GUVA) office as a part of our Survey Design Center (SDC) team, contributing to the creation of complex data collection and reporting solutions. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 4+ years of relevant experience in project management and market research are highly preferred A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field is preferred Experience with survey tools such as Confirmit, Qualtrics, and SurveySparrow, along with proficiency in reporting and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or Python, is highly desirable Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives while encouraging co-workers to do the same Strong understanding of business goals and customer service standards Experience in analyzing company needs, employee development, and goal setting Ability to communicate effectively with peers Extensive knowledge of management strategies and their practical application in the workplace Excellent presentation skills Ability to take proactive steps in problem management
