Specialist - Strategy & Corporate Finance

You will work in teams of typically 3-5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and synthesizing and communicating recommendations to leadership and the client. As a Specialist within the Strategy and Corporate Finance practice, you will be responsible for bringing valuation principles and strategic thinking to each client situation. This includes developing frameworks to analyze business problems using qualitative and quantitative approaches, working on financial benchmarking and business modeling to provide fact-based rationale for client's strategic choices across organic and inorganic upside opportunities. Key skills will include financial modeling, business analysis and insights, and general valuation knowledge. You will create presentations and analytical materials related to each topic, conduct qualitative analysis to frame, and solve conceptual problems through in-depth research and close collaboration with experts. During your first few years with the firm, you will consult on multiple client engagements and work with a number of colleagues and clients across a range of industry areas.
