About the role
As a Fellow in our Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice, you will become part of a consulting team and assume responsibility for a specific project. The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice helps our B2C and B2B clients with key challenges and a wide range of marketing and sales topics. Our clients benefit from our experience in core marketing areas, such as branding, customer experience, digital marketing, pricing, sales, and channel management. These include some of the most influential organizations in the world, from Fortune 500 and DAX-listed companies to innovative startups. With us, you will be challenged—and supported. You will develop solutions for current and pressing problems and drive long-term change. We trust your judgment and reliability to ensure our recommendations are effective and sustainable. You will be on-site with the client and help identify the key challenges behind a strategy and develop feasible actions. Together with our clients from a wide range of industries (e.g., consumer goods, financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, energy) and your McKinsey colleagues, you will gather and process information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations that you will present to management. Your team will help set strategic direction, develop marketing and sales capabilities, and connect the organization to unlock the full potential of today's omnichannel opportunities and achieve above-market growth.
