Capabilities and Insights Analyst

Together with our consulting teams, Capabilities & Insights makes important contributions to our client projects and internal studies across industries and topics. The spectrum of duties ranges from short-term research to longer-term support of projects with complex analyses to the formulation of holistic publications. We are part of McKinsey's global Client Capability Network (CCN) with more than 7,000 colleagues who support our consulting teams with expertise and industry analysis. To strengthen our team in Mumbai, we are looking a Capabilities & Insights Analyst – Industrial High-Tech. As part of a global team, you will gain insights into a wide range of industrial companies in the areas of mechanical engineering, industrial automation, robotics and building automation. You can expect a varied range of topics every day with new questions about market development, corporate strategies and technology trends. In the position, you will create analyses and research on topics of the future such as sustainability and digitalization and prepare your findings in the form of insightful memos, models and presentations. Our consultants and clients will appreciate your expertise in versatile discussions. From day one, you will take on responsibilities as part of our team as well as work on your own tasks. With your rapidly increasing expertise in one or more high-tech industrial sectors, you will make significant contributions to client work and to expanding the knowledge base in our Advanced Industries sector.
