</div><div>McKenney Home Care is a family-owned, private-duty home care agency serving Sarasota and Charlotte County. We are seeking skilled, dependable <strong>LPNs and RNs</strong> who are confident working independently and committed to providing high-quality care in the home.<br><br>
</div><div>This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexibility while still maintaining meaningful client relationships.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Schedule & Availability</strong></div><div>PRN scheduling based on client needs, with opportunities for:</div><ul>
<li> Day shifts </li>
<li> Evening shifts </li>
<li> Overnight shifts </li>
<li> Weekends </li>
</ul><div>Flexible scheduling available with the potential for consistent case assignments.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li> Provide skilled nursing care in the client’s home in accordance with the plan of care </li>
<li> Monitor changes in patient condition </li>
<li> Administer medications and treatments as ordered </li>
<li> Support clients with chronic conditions and post-hospital care </li>
<li> Educate clients and family members on care needs and safety </li>
<li> Collaborate with physicians and the care team </li>
<li> Maintain accurate and timely documentation in WellSky app</li>
<li> Communicate proactively with the office regarding patient status or concerns </li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li> Active Florida LPN or RN license in good standing </li>
<li> Home care experience preferred but not required </li>
<li> Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail </li>
<li> Ability to work independently in a home setting </li>
<li> Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance </li>
<li> Current hands-on CPR certification (or willingness to complete)</li>
<li> TB test (PPD or lab work within 6 months) or chest X-ray within 5 years (or willingness to obtain) </li>
<li> Level 2 AHCA background screening (or willingness to complete) <a href="https://info.flclearinghouse.com">https://info.flclearinghouse.com</a>

<li> Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability </li>
