We are seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who take pride in their work and are committed to providing attentive, high-quality care. Many of our caregivers prefer private-duty care because it allows for stronger client relationships and a more personalized approach to caregiving.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Flexible Scheduling</strong></div><div>We offer a variety of shift options to fit your availability, examples include:</div><ul>
<li> Morning shifts: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM </li>
<li> Short or split shifts: 2–3 hours (AM or PM) </li>
<li> Standard shifts: 4–6 hours </li>
<li> Extended shifts: 7–12 hours (day or overnight) </li>
<li> 12-hour day and overnight shifts are widely available </li>
</ul><div>Private duty schedules vary based on client needs, with opportunities for consistent, ongoing cases.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li> Deliver attentive, personalized care in a one-on-one setting </li>
<li> Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through companionship and support </li>
<li> Assist with daily routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility </li>
<li> Prepare meals and support proper nutrition and hydration </li>
<li> Provide support for clients with memory care needs, including dementia </li>
<li> Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment </li>
<li> Provide medication reminders (no administration required) </li>
<li> Monitor and report changes in client condition to the office </li>
<li> Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner </li>
<li> Communicate proactively with the care team regarding client needs or schedule updates </li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li> Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation </li>
<li> Second form of ID (Social Security card or passport) </li>
<li> Hands-on CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) </li>
<li> TB test (PPD or lab within 6 months) or chest X-ray within 5 years (or willingness to obtain) </li>
<li> Level 2 AHCA background screening (or willingness to complete) <a href="https://info.flclearinghouse.com">https://info.flclearinghouse.com</a>

<li> Strong communication skills, professionalism, and consistent reliability and attendance </li>
