About the role

Are you a social media-savvy communicator with a passion for fitness and an eye for organic engagement? We're looking for a Remote Marketing Assistant to help manage and grow the online presence of 5 RockBox Fitness franchises across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Your mission: Engage. Attract. Convert. This is not a passive posting role. We're looking for someone who thrives on proactive outreach, can respond quickly to DMs, and knows how to speak the language of people looking to transform their health and fitness. Qualifications: 3+ years experience managing social media for a brand (fitness or health preferred) Strong written English and DM etiquette—your tone should be confident, warm, and clear Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Go High Level Must be organized, responsive, and self-driven—we don't micromanage Working Hours: Flexible, and designed to be complementary to our east coast US staff but with some overlap to maximize effectiveness. DMs must be responded to within minutes, so we're looking for someone to work responsively into the evening in US East Coast time, and then proactively overnight to make outbound contact with social media followers and high scoring leads within Go High Level.
