Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect role is responsible for designing and maintaining solutions blueprints for products and working with product engineering teams to implement solution design. This includes designing, configuring, and supporting implementation of innovative solutions aligned with business objectives & technology strategy. In this role, you will: TRIRIGA Lease Management Expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge of TRIRIGA Lease Management to optimize lease administration processes, including lease abstracts, payment terms, critical dates, compliance, and lease accounting. Provide architectural guidance on integrating lease management functions with financial systems, ensuring accurate data flows for lease payments, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger postings. Lead the implementation of lease compliance tracking, financial impact analysis, and lease reporting for stakeholders, improving visibility and decision-making around lease portfolios. Ensure seamless integration between TRIRIGA Lease Management and Oracle Financials, allowing for end-to-end lease lifecycle management—from contract initiation through payment and compliance. Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of solution architecture, development, and deployment. Integration Management: Oversee data transformation and mapping between TRIRIGA and external systems ensuring financial data integrity. Lead the peripheral (inbound/outbound) integration of TRIRIGA or Property Management system like Supplier, customer, site, sales etc. Understand integration solutions using middleware such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar platforms. Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in configuring and managing TRIRIGA Lease Management, including lease abstraction, financial obligations, and asset management. Good knowledge of Oracle Property Management modules such as Systematic Lease Calculations, Lease Management Lead technical troubleshooting and optimization for both financial systems and lease management solutions. Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, integration flow diagrams, and data models. Develop and promote best practices for managing leases and real estate portfolios in TRIRIGA. Experience on Agile process, Scrum methodologies. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest advancements in lease management software, including updates to TRIRIGA and industry standards. Continuously explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve financial system integration. Location-Specific Collaboration: This position is based in India but will require regular communication and collaboration with teams in the US. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across time zones are essential.
