Position Summary: Senior Manager People Experience McDonald's has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Culture and Organizational Health Lead based in our India Global Business Services Office. You will partner directly with our Culture & Org Effectiveness (C&OE) Centre of Expertise to drive innovative solutions that drive organization design, transform cultural experiences, and data analytics to inform new People programs and solutions. This role, based in India, will work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to provide impactful solutions that help shape the future of our workforce. Who we're looking for: Responsibilities: In addition to following McDonald's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Organization Design Support Organization Governance: Lead the team and oversee and govern organization design health across the enterprise, identifying and diagnosing potential organization structure health for investigation and remediation. Leading the team in India that will support the Organizational Design People Solutions team. Restaurant Culture & Engagement (Restaurants & Corp Employees): Employee Engagement: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess employee culture satisfaction and support the design and deployment of programs that promote a safe, respectful, inclusive workplace Leadership Support: Partner with senior leaders to help them understand and influence the organization's cultural ambition, offering guidance on leadership practices and programs that align with and support cultural ambition. Project Portfolio and Resourcing Management: Project Management: Partners with the Culture & Org Effectiveness leadership team to oversee and manage efficient coordination, scheduling, resourcing, and on-time execution of new and in-flight initiatives. Consults to identify project charters, structures, roles, resource requirements, and governance structures Talent and Team Leadership: Inspire, develop, and coach direct reports and develop a high-performing team. Support the day-to-day team in India with the quality of their work, resource planning and prioritization, and portfolio/program management. Best Practice Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in organizational design and people surveys, and share insights with the broader HR team. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with HR partners, market and business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand organizational needs and ensure solutions are tailored to address specific challenges. Analytics & Reporting: Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of culture initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on feedback and key metrics. Program Evaluation: Regularly assess the success of organizational design and culture programs, adjusting as needed to improve impact and outcomes. Employee Feedback: Help develop and execute employee surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gather insights on organizational culture, engagement, and design effectiveness. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications Expert skills in team leadership Program and Project Management A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; advanced degree preferred Experience working in Human Resources or Organizational Culture Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor relationships and achieving SLA/KPI targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Knowledge of global culture & organizational trends, regulations, and best practices Resource Management including budget, vendors and team resources (people and budget) Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations Significant Organizational Culture & Change experience Strong business acumen Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter Strong ability to influence others; able to build and drive a strong business case for people as a growth driver Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment Continuous improvement and growth mindset
