Director - Analytics and Reporting CoE

Position Summary: Director, Analytics and Reporting CoE The visualization & interaction sciences role leads the design and standardizes key reports, generates key insights and reporting, and defines the overall insights visualization strategy. This enables faster decision making via standardized reporting, automated services, and the deployment of best-practice data visualization and reporting design across the business. The visualization & interaction sciences team should be the go-to resource for ad-hoc data preparation and data analysis, translation of complex insights, and dashboard design and deployment. Who we're looking for: Primary Responsibilities: Visualization Design: Lead and establish best practices in data visualization design Report Design: Design, develop, and automate recurring reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness Dashboard Creation: Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and visual data outputs using tools like Power BI and Tableau Data Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support specific business needs Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making Data Oversight and Prep: Oversee manual data preparation where needed and ensure alignment with business goals Data Preparation: Prepare, clean, and structure data for accurate visualizations and reporting Skills & Experience Required Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Analytics, or any field 15+ years of experience in data visualization, reporting automation, and RPA platforms Strong experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), report automation, and RPA solutions Strong analytical and data preparation skills with expertise in storytelling through data Proven experience in managing visualization and reporting services Effective communication skills and ability to work across teams, with a strong focus on stakeholder management Strong ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
