Manager Business Process Management

The Manager Business Process Management will be responsible for driving the business process efficiency and improving the process automation across various functions in the company. The key responsibilities include: - Defining and designing business processes for functional areas such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc. - Identifying areas of improvement and implementing process automation using tools like RPA, workflow engines, etc. - Liaising with functional teams to understand their pain points and provide solutions to improve efficiency - Monitoring and measuring the process performance metrics and driving continuous improvements - Providing training and change management support to the teams for the new processes and systems - Collaborating with the IT team for technical implementation of the process automation solutions
