GLOBAL AUTOMATION LEAD DEVELOPER

Lead the India Automation Development Team by providing technical direction, coaching, and career development support to team members. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions that align with business needs and global standards. Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable automation code by promoting best practices and continuous technical improvement. Collaborate with Global Automation Delivery Sr. Manager to maintain a unified methodology and consistent development practices across regions. Work closely with the broader Data, Analytics & Automation team to align development priorities with key priorities strategic goals. Drive the creation and ongoing enhancement of process documentation to ensure clear, reusable, and auditable automation components. Partner with the PI team to proactively assess process landscapes, validate high-impact automation opportunities, and close gaps that could hinder solution effectiveness or scalability. Partner closely with the Process Automation Manager to ensure seamless transition of automation solutions into production, enabling stability, scalability, and long-term operational success. Lead and contribute to automation-related projects such as platform upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementation. Monitor and report on development KPIs and automation value realization metrics such as hours saved and business impact. Foster a problem-solving culture within the team and encourage process improvement through automation and innovation.
