About the role
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or related field; 10+ years progressive experience in technical program management, portfolio management, product delivery, or software engineering operations; demonstrated experience leading enterprise Agile/SAFe transformation; expert-level Agile and scaled-Agile knowledge; strong understanding of modern engineering practices; experience with portfolio dashboards, executive reporting, and delivery operating models; SAFe certification (SPC or LPM) and PMP, PMI-ACP, CSP, or PSM preferred.
