The Finance Digital Transformation team will become resident experts on McCain's operations and support the successful integration of S/4HANA. The team will partner and collaborate with business partners and regional teams to drive standardization, optimization, and automation of our business processes while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The team will also play a crucial role in change management, designing future state processes, and tools to enable a more digital future. If you're ready to make a tangible impact on a global scale, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to lead within one of the world's premier food companies This role has the flexibility to be based out of any of our corporate offices in North America (Florenceville, New Brunswick; Oakbrook Terrace, IL or Toronto, Ontario or Globally) but will need to have the flexibiltiy to accomodate North American business hours. Accountabilities: Oversee the end-to-end digital processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support the testing strategy and training for S/4HANA. Digitization, collection, and harmonization of financial processes globally. We will partner with regional teams, digital technology teams, and external partners to execute system changes and ensure processes work as expected. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional finance leads to drive standardization, optimization, and automation of our processes. Develop and recommend future state processes and tools to support a more digital future. Embrace change management and support training and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance/accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes. Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Experience in process mapping and loading processes into SAP Signavio. Proficiency using SAP Signavio's tools and features to analyze, design, and optimize business processes. Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Preferred experience in CPG or Manufacturing industries.
