Salesforce CRM Quality Assurance Engineer

Your key responsibilities include testing Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, as well as a strong understanding of integrations. This role will focus on creating and executing comprehensive test plans, performing quality assurance on Salesforce solutions, and ensuring the successful integration of systems to deliver seamless functionality across platforms. This is a Hybrid position located in Bengaluru. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to one of the two locations and are not offering relocation assistance at this time. About the role: Conduct manual and automated testing for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience meet business requirements. Support testing of integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems, including API testing using Postman or similar tools. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and regression testing. Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, IT, Development) to understand business requirements and system functionality for effective testing. Continuously seek opportunities to improve testing methodologies, tools, and reporting, including implementing test automation strategies where applicable. About You We are looking for 2 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce testing, including configurations, workflows, reports, and integrations, with knowledge of tools like Postman for API testing. Salesforce certifications preferred. Be proactive in identifying and resolving defects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability through thorough testing. Have the ability to clearly document test cases, defects, and results while collaborating effectively with developers, business teams, and stakeholders. Be passionate about improving testing processes, implementing automation, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Strong ability to analyze requirements, create detailed test plans, and identify gaps or inconsistencies in system functionality.
