About the role

The HRIS Analyst, Workday will be responsible for supporting the HR systems through configuration, maintenance, and administration of the Workday application. The key responsibilities include: 1) Administer and maintain Workday including user provisioning, business process configuration, reporting, and integration maintenance. 2) Act as a subject matter expert for Workday and provide guidance and support to HR, Payroll and IT teams. 3) Work closely with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and recommend solutions. 4) Ensure system configurations and data integrity within Workday. 5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address system issues. 6) Prepare and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes. 7) Provide training and support to users on Workday functionalities. 8) Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
