Global Talent Acquisition Lead, Talent Acquisition

As the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading a team of talent acquisition professionals focused on identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent across McAfee's global organization. In this role, you will partner closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to understand talent needs, build innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a world-class candidate experience. You will also be responsible for leading the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processes and technology, and driving adoption of best practices across the team. Key responsibilities include: - Lead and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills, tools, and resources to be successful - Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs and build tailored sourcing strategies - Drive the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, policies, and technology to enhance the candidate experience and improve hiring efficiency - Leverage and optimize the use of talent acquisition tools and technology, including applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, job boards, and social media - Analyze talent acquisition metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in talent acquisition - Serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders on talent acquisition matters Qualifications: - 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams - Expertise in developing and executing innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent - Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, tools, and technologies - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills - Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to make data-informed decisions - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills - Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to driving continuous improvement - Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
