The Global Engineering Manager is responsible for providing leadership and technical direction to a team of engineers across multiple locations globally. This position is responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing, and implementation of software solutions that support McAfee's global business requirements. The Global Engineering Manager will also be responsible for talent management, including hiring, training, and developing high-performing engineering teams. Other key responsibilities include project planning and execution, budgeting, and driving continuous process improvement.
