- We are seeking an experienced MCAE Developer – Campaign & Asset Builder to support marketing campaign execution within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot).
- The role will focus on campaign configuration, marketing asset creation, email deployment setup, segmentation configuration, and campaign execution support.
- The candidate will work closely with marketing automation teams to ensure accurate campaign configuration, reliable audience targeting, and high-quality campaign deployment.
- The ideal candidate should be able to translate marketing campaign requirements into well-structured campaign configurations, while also contributing ideas to improve campaign execution efficiency and marketing automation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Configuration & Execution Configure and manage MCAE campaigns including campaign hierarchy, campaign members, and campaign assets.
- Build and manage email campaigns, landing pages, form handlers, and marketing assets within MCAE.
- Configure dynamic lists, segmentation filters, and suppression lists for campaign targeting.
- Support campaign deployment including campaign scheduling, audience validation, and deployment readiness checks.
- Marketing Asset Development Configure email templates, landing page templates, and reusable campaign asset components.
- Work with HTML templates and design assets to ensure emails render correctly across devices and email clients.
- Maintain campaign asset libraries including images, templates, content blocks, and landing page structures.
- Segmentation & Audience Targeting Configure dynamic lists, segmentation logic, and campaign targeting rules. Support activation of Data Cloud (Data360) audiences into MCAE campaigns where applicable.
- Validate segmentation logic and ensure accurate audience inclusion and exclusion criteria. Campaign Deployment & Monitoring Support campaign execution including email scheduling, asset linking, and deployment validation.
- Monitor campaign execution and troubleshoot configuration issues, segmentation errors, or deployment challenges.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to platform governance standards and campaign configuration guidelines.
- Campaign Optimization & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve campaign configuration efficiency, template usage, and campaign structure.
- Support improvements to campaign execution workflows and marketing automation processes. Collaborate with marketing automation teams to improve campaign scalability and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Marketing Automation Platforms Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot).
- Experience configuring campaigns, emails, landing pages, forms, and dynamic lists.
- Familiarity with Engagement Studio journeys and campaign automation frameworks. Campaign Execution & Email Configuration
- Experience configuring email templates, marketing assets, and campaign structures. Understanding of email deliverability best practices including suppression management and email validation. Familiarity with HTML email templates and responsive email structures.
- Data & Segmentation Understanding of segmentation logic, audience targeting, and campaign audience validation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) concepts and audience activation workflows is preferred. Collaboration & Communication Ability to collaborate with marketing teams, automation specialists, and QA teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate campaign configuration and deployment readiness.
Certifications (Preferred)
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator / Consultant
