Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Civil Execution will be responsible for
overall execution and delivery of high-rise construction projects by managing project teams, subcontractors, and coordination with consultants and clients. The role involves
strategic planning, monitoring project timelines, quality control, and ensuring project completion within budget and schedule.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution Management
- Lead and manage overall civil construction activities for high-rise building projects.
- Ensure execution of RCC, structural, finishing, and external development works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress against project schedule and milestones.
Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise Managers, Engineers, and site teams involved in project execution.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure effective site coordination among departments.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with planning, billing, procurement, and quality teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure proper resource planning including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor project schedules and resolve execution bottlenecks.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and project specifications.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures and compliance at project sites.
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure quality control and site safety practices.
Cost & Contract Monitoring
- Monitor project costs and ensure work execution remains within budget targets.
- Review subcontractor performance and progress.
- Support commercial teams in resolving technical and contractual matters.
Client & Consultant Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in project review meetings and progress discussions.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and approvals.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in high-rise RCC construction and structural execution
- Knowledge of construction sequencing and methodology
- Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Experience managing large construction teams and subcontractors
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and AutoCAD

- Strong coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously
