Role Overview
The Manager – Civil Execution (Tower Incharge) will be responsible for
overall execution of a designated tower or building block within the project. The role involves
planning, supervising, and coordinating all construction activities including RCC, masonry, finishing works, and subcontractor management to ensure timely completion with required quality and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesTower Execution Management
- Lead and manage complete execution of the assigned tower/block from structural work to finishing stages.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure achievement of project milestones.
Site Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors working on the tower.
- Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities to avoid delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve execution issues.
Planning & Progress Monitoring
- Coordinate with the planning team to track project schedules and upcoming activities.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and equipment for uninterrupted work progress.
- Prepare and review daily and weekly progress reports.
Quality & Safety Management
- Ensure all works are executed as per quality standards and approved methodologies.
- Implement site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Identify and rectify quality issues during execution stages.
Subcontractor Management
- Manage and monitor subcontractor work progress and productivity.
- Ensure subcontractors follow quality standards and work specifications.
- Coordinate with billing teams for verification of executed quantities.
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with billing, procurement, planning, and quality control teams.
- Support preparation of project billing quantities and execution data.
- Participate in project review meetings with senior management.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in RCC works, structural execution, masonry, and finishing works
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Knowledge of construction sequencing for high-rise projects
- Experience managing site teams and subcontractors
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
