Roles & Responsibilities
1. Website Development & Maintenance:
o Develop, deploy, and maintain 10 active websites.
o Handle both front-end and back-end development tasks.
o Work with designers to ensure user-friendly interfaces.
o Ensure responsiveness and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
2. Full Stack Development:
o Write clean, maintainable code using modern development technologies.
o Build scalable APIs and integrate third-party services.
o Implement server-side logic and ensure efficient database management.
o Ensure seamless communication between the front-end and back-end.
o Assist front-end developers through PHP backend support
o Developing custom plugins. Build, test, and maintain custom plugins to expand functionality and improve user experience.
o Develop responsive WordPress websites that align with user needs and meet
project specifications.
3. Performance Optimization:
o Continuously monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
o Implement caching strategies, reduce load times, and enhance the overall speed of websites.
o Customizing themes. Adapt WordPress themes to enhance visual appeal and website architecture, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
4. Troubleshooting & Debugging:
o Respond to and troubleshoot bugs, issues, and server-related concerns quickly and efficiently to maintain website functionality..
o Implement solutions to enhance the stability of websites.
o Troubleshoot technical problems, fix bugs, and resolve performance issues
5. Cross-platform Compatibility & SEO:
o Ensure all websites are cross-platform compatible and optimized for search engines.
o Implement basic SEO practices and tools to enhance website visibility.
6. Version Control & Documentation:
o Use version control tools (e.g., Git) to maintain code integrity.
