Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MBBS Doctor role based in Kalyan. The MBBS Doctor will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, performing thorough clinical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating appropriate treatment plans. Daily duties include prescribing medications, providing follow-up care, maintaining accurate and timely medical records, and coordinating with nursing and allied health staff to ensure high-quality patient care. The role also involves educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications. The doctor may participate in clinical meetings, support quality improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Recognized MBBS degree from an accredited institution and valid registration with the relevant medical council.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning abilities across common medical conditions.
- Proficiency in documentation, medical record management, and use of basic hospital information systems.
- Effective communication and counseling skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and evidence-based medicine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple cases concurrently.
- Willingness to participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with current clinical guidelines.
