Role Description
We are looking for a qualified MBBS Doctor for on-site deployment at an industrial location in Amravati. The role involves handling medical emergencies, primary care, and ensuring health & safety readiness.
Qualifications
- Medical expertise in diagnosis, patient management, and treatment planning, with a valid MBBS degree and registration certification.
- Proficiency in handling emergency situations, basic life support (BLS), and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare teams and patients.
- Ability to manage medical documentation and maintain patient records efficiently and accurately.
- Experience in pediatric or critical care is an added advantage.
- Flexibility to handle on-site and remote healthcare tasks as required.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centric, quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary medical care and first aid at the site
- Handle emergency cases and stabilize patients before transfer
- Coordinate with ambulance services and nearby hospitals
- Maintain medical records and incident reports
- Ensure availability of medicines and medical equipment
- Support occupational health and safety protocols
- Conduct basic health check-ups and awareness sessions
Requirements
- MBBS degree (mandatory)
- Valid medical registration (State/MCI)
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly
- Willingness to work on-site (industrial environment)
Good To Have
- Experience in emergency care / ICU / ambulance services
- Experience in industrial or occupational health setups
