Description
The Medical Officer (MMU/MTC) will lead clinical care during camps and at the unit, ensuring quality treatment, data tracking, equipment/medicine readiness, and compliance with government protocols while reporting to the Project/Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct community camp check-ups, consultations, emergencies, and daily patient reviews.
- Lead clinical management of admitted children, including SAM therapeutic plans.
- Supervise medical staff; ensure protocol adherence and documentation.
- Maintain medicine/equipment inventory and inspect functionality.
- Analyze health data, track disease trends, and support action planning.
- Attend review meetings and support additional program needs.
Eligibility
- Strong leadership, documentation, and Hindi communication skills.
