Role Description We are opening a new centre at Ghaziabad.This is a full-time, on-site MBBS Doctor role based in Ghaziabad. The MBBS Doctor will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. Daily tasks include monitoring patient progress, updating medical records, coordinating with specialists and hospital staff, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive health measures, as well as participating in case discussions and quality improvement initiatives. The doctor will support Adyam Healthcare’s medical tourism services by providing clear medical documentation and guidance for patients traveling for treatment.
Qualifications
- Recognized MBBS degree from an accredited institution and valid medical registration/license to practice in India.
- Clinical experience in internal medicine, emergency care, or relevant hospital settings; exposure to oncology, cardiac, transplant, IVF, or orthopedic cases is an advantage.
- Strong skills in patient examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based clinical decision-making.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records, prepare clear medical reports, and follow hospital protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary medical teams, including international patients.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethical medical practice, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with rotational duties and collaborate with specialists and coordinators.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset for working with international patients.
