Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Pune Division for an Educational Counselor specializing in Study Abroad and MBBS programs. The Educational Counselor will assist students in exploring international educational opportunities, providing personalized counseling to align their goals with available programs and institutions. Key responsibilities include guiding students through the application and documentation process, offering career counseling tailored to their needs, and addressing inquiries about course structures, visa procedures, and admission requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to guide students effectively through the decision-making process.
- Strong Communication skills to build rapport with students and their families, and clearly convey information regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Experience in Career Counseling and advising students on the best programs and institutions that align with their career goals.
- Understanding of education systems, especially in the context of MBBS and other international study programs.
- Proficiency in handling admission processes, including visa application and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; additional certifications in counseling or education advisory services are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and address student queries with empathy and professionalism.
