Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MBBS Counsellor based in Noida. The MBBS Counsellor will guide students in choosing suitable medical education programs, provide information on universities abroad, and assist with the admission and documentation process. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining application procedures, addressing student queries, and coordinating with international universities as required. The role involves regular interaction with students, parents, and university representatives to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
Qualifications
- Strong counseling and communication skills, including the ability to guide students and address their queries effectively.
- Knowledge of international education systems, particularly in medical studies in countries like the Philippines, Russia, the USA, and Canada.
- Proficiency in admission processes, visa consultancy, and documentation for international education programs.
- Organizational and administrative skills to manage student records, coordinate with universities, and meet deadlines.
- An empathetic and approachable demeanor, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other basic digital tools.
- Education or experience in counseling, education consulting, or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred.
