Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for MBBS/BHMS/BAMS Doctors based in Sambalpur. The doctor will be responsible for examining patients, taking detailed medical histories, and performing appropriate clinical assessments. Daily activities include diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatments or medications, recommending investigations, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves maintaining accurate and timely medical records, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. The doctor will also provide patient education, counseling on treatment plans and preventive care, and may participate in clinical meetings or case discussions as required by the facility.
Qualifications
- Recognized MBBS, BHMS, or BAMS degree from an accredited institution with valid registration from the appropriate medical council or authority.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and patient management skills, with the ability to handle a broad range of common medical conditions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact respectfully and clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation, follow clinical protocols, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
- Willingness to work full time on-site in Sambalpur and adapt to the workflow and policies of the healthcare facility.
- Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or primary care settings is preferred but motivated and responsible early-career doctors are encouraged to apply.
