What you’ll be doing:

- Track what matters: CAC, conversions, AOV, retention — not vanity metrics
- Run experiments to boost engagement, bookings, and repeat behavior
- Take growth beyond screens — campus activations, local collabs, offline buzz
- Drive downloads, revenue, and real traction (not just reports)
- Work directly with founders on high-impact growth plays
