Key Responsibilities:

• Present and demonstrate the SWA-Adhyayan LMS to schools, teachers, principals, and management.
• Manage and guide the SWA-Adhyayan team across PAN India, ensuring smooth coordination and performance.
• Lead end-to-end LMS onboarding and ensure teachers use the platform effectively.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and product presentations for internal teams and schools.
• Work closely with the sales team to support closures and achieve digital product targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with schools and provide continuous academic and technical support.
• Prepare simple presentations, training material, demo content, and reports.
• Identify improvement areas in the LMS and share feedback with the product team.
• Represent Rachna Sagar at events, seminars, and school activities.
• Support and guide regional sales teams on product knowledge and demo skills.

Qualifications:

• 15–20 years of experience in EdTech, LMS, school training, academic presentations, or education products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in giving demos and conducting teacher training sessions.
• Good knowledge of digital learning tools and LMS platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PPT).
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to handle multiple schools independently.
• Comfortable with frequent travel across Delhi/NCR and outstation.
• Must have a Laptop & Vehicle.
