The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct webinars and presentations for students/prospective candidates
• Explain courses/programs and address student queries effectively
• Convert leads into admissions through strong, convincing skills
• Follow up with interested students via calls, emails, and meetings
• Maintain student database and sales reports
• Achieve monthly admission/sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for webinar planning
Required Skills:
• MBA qualification preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or webinar handling
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable speaking in webinars and virtual sessions
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in the EdTech/Education industry will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
