As we scale our capabilities and expand globally, building a strong digital presence and employer brand is critical to attracting high-quality engineering talent. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who can help shape and execute our digital marketing and employer branding strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing and employer branding initiatives
• Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence and digital engagement
• Create compelling content around AI innovation, engineering culture, leadership insights, and employee stories
• Support recruitment marketing campaigns to attract high-quality technology talent
• Coordinate with leadership, engineering teams, and HR to capture and communicate company stories
• Track and analyze engagement, reach, and talent attraction metrics
Ideal Candidate
• MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing
• Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills
• Interest in AI, technology, and innovation-driven companies
• Ability to translate technical work into simple and engaging narratives
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives
