About the Role:

eJAmerica is seeking bright, motivated graduates from reputed business schools (MBA) to join as Management Trainees. This program offers structured exposure to IT Service Delivery Management, Business Development Management, and Solutions Management. Role allocation post-probation will be based on performance and aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in IT service delivery operations, client engagement, and solution planning.
• Support business development initiatives, proposals, and presentations.
• Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and client objectives.
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA (final-year students or recent graduates)
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Strong PowerPoint skills (professional presentations and visual storytelling).
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
