Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MBA Internship role based in Kozhikode. The intern will support strategic and operational projects, including market research, data analysis, and performance tracking for sports facility utilisation. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in business planning, helping design and implement marketing initiatives, preparing reports and presentations for leadership, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role also involves identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of PlaySpots.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an MBA program, with an interest in sports, technology, or consumer services.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide clear insights and recommendations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in creating structured reports and slides.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with basic business or marketing analytics tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Comfort working on-site in Kozhikode and engaging with local partners, facilities, and users.
