Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for MBA Graduates seeking to apply their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role involves managing sales and distribution channels, conducting market analysis, developing and implementing business strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate will also assist in operational planning, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Business Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Sales Planning
• Skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
• Understanding of Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Operational Planning
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Experience with Data Analysis, Reporting, and Strategic Decision-Making
• Proficient in using business tools and software such as MS Office Suite
• Team collaboration and leadership capabilities
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) required
• Prior experience or internships in sales, marketing, or operations is a plus
