Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhopal for an MBA Fresher as an International Business Development Executive (BDE). The individual will support global business efforts by identifying potential markets, building and maintaining client relationships, and exploring international business opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and actively participating in client negotiations and engagements. The role requires a proactive approach to meet business objectives and contributes to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to foster client relationships and close deals.
- Ability to develop business proposals and execute strategies for international markets.
- Knowledge of global trade practices and compliance in the FMCG sector is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in business tools and software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhopal and adapt to international time zones, if required.
