Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MBA Fresher, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The selected candidate will assist in strategy development, market research, and business operations. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, analyzing business trends, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating across teams to ensure project success. The candidate will also contribute to the optimization of operational processes and assist in achieving organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
- Proficiency in business strategy development and market analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create professional reports and presentations
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of or interest in sustainable and eco-friendly business practices is a plus
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from a reputed institution
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
