Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MBA Fresher at BYC AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Banjara Hills. The role involves developing business strategies, conducting market research, analyzing data, and supporting business development activities. The professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, support decision-making, and contribute to the company’s growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and strategic planning
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams effectively
• Knowledge of business development and marketing fundamentals, coupled with a proactive mindset
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to take initiative, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as an MBA in Marketing, Finance, Strategy, or related disciplines
• Previous internship experience or project work in technology, AI, or business analysis is a plus
