Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. As an MBA Candidate in the Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, company growth, and operational enhancements. Responsibilities include participating in strategic business planning, market research, organizational development, and project execution. You will play a key role in contributing new growth ideas, supporting cross-functional teams, analyzing business data, and facilitating decision-making processes to drive the company’s success.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen with experience in Strategy, Business Planning, and Data Analysis
- Proficiency in Market Research, Business Process Optimization, and Decision Support
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a team-oriented environment
- MBA degree from a recognized institution, preferably with a focus on business strategy, operations management, or sustainability
- Prior experience in a consulting, manufacturing, or packaging-related industry is a plus
- A passion for sustainability and innovative problem-solving
