Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site MBA Candidate role based in Malappuram. The role involves supporting strategic planning, market analysis, and business development initiatives for GSR Energies’ solar energy offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, preparing business reports and presentations, and assisting in evaluating new markets, products, and partnerships. The MBA Candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, pricing strategies, and customer value propositions. The role also includes contributing to financial modeling, competitive benchmarking, and recommending actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
- Knowledge of marketing and strategy concepts, with the ability to conduct market research, segment customers, and support go-to-market planning.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including clear report writing, slideshow creation, and stakeholder communication.
- Solid understanding of general management principles, such as operations, project management, and organizational behavior.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an MBA or equivalent postgraduate business program.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability; prior exposure to the energy or infrastructure sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Malappuram, collaborate in teams, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and basic business intelligence or research tools).
