Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MBA+B.Pharma Executive located in Gurugram. The role involves conducting market research, strategic planning, and supporting business operations in the pharmaceutical sector. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, managing product portfolios, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in supporting organizational goals through a combination of industry knowledge and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and educational background in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) and Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and stakeholder relationship management
- Understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to adapt to team and individual tasks
- Experience with business analytics tools or CRM software is a plus
