Software Engineering Intern - Cloud & AI Integration

We are seeking a Software Engineering Intern to support the development of a cloud-based application that integrates with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies and a large language model (LLM) component. The intern will gain hands-on experience designing and developing backend systems and scalable, secure APIs, while also having the opportunity to contribute to REACT UI development. This internship offers a great opportunity to work in a collaborative agile environment, contributing to meaningful projects that involve real-world cloud infrastructure, AI integration, and modern application development practices. Responsibilities: Support the development and maintenance of backend systems using Python and Fast API. Assist in building and integrating RESTful APIs to support application functionality. Contribute to database design and data integration work, leveraging technologies like BigQuery. Help implement secure authorization mechanisms for service access. Gain exposure to REACT UI development and contribute to the frontend interface as needed. Collaborate with team members using tools such as Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, and Vertex AI. Participate in code reviews, documentation efforts, and sprint ceremonies as part of a cross-functional agile team.
