About the role As a member of the Founder’s Office, you will serve as an advisor to the Founder on business strategy across all parts of the business. You will tackle strategic problems, manage critical projects, and streamline processes to support our growth and innovation in the gaming industry. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and strong interpersonal skills. What will you do : Problem Solving: Identify and analyze key challenges within the organization Develop actionable solutions and collaborate with relevant teams for implementation. Leverage expertise in areas such as business model development, go-to-market (GTM) execution, new product development (NPD), publishing, data analysis, organizational strategy, and consumer/market research. Investor Relations: Assist in preparing for investor updates - board meetings, monthly updates etc. Support fundraising operations and communications with current and potential investors. Talent Strategy & Organizational Efficiency Collaborate on building a robust talent pipeline to support future growth and scalability. Contribute to organizational design, focusing on creating a lean, efficient structure that aligns with key objectives (OKRs) and fosters agility within the studio Program Management: Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and effective communication between teams. Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the organization. Strategic Initiatives: Own, manage, coordinate and drive execution for all strategic projects, including market analysis Lead research efforts, conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate brainstorming sessions, and perform analysis on projects involving marketing, creative content, game features, user interface (UI), and other key initiatives Identify strategic needs, new tools etc. to improve company functioning Process Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the studio. What are we looking for: Bachelor's degree; MBA would be a plus. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industries. Consulting experience preferred. Presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
