Overview:
As a Product Analytics and Insights Lead at Maya, you will leverage data-driven insights to shape product strategies that enhance user experience and drive business growth. You’re a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making by analyzing product performance, gathering insights, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define, track, and evaluate key performance metrics for Maya's products and services.
- Analyze user behavior and product usage data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure Maya stays ahead in the fintech space.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and validate product features and improvements.
- Monitor the performance of new product features post-launch and recommend optimizations based on user feedback and data.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes on product performance.
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate and reliable tracking systems across products.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, or R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with digital products, especially in fintech or a related industry, is a plus.
- Experience with machine learning models or predictive analytics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Databricks, CleverTap, Firebase, etc. is an advantage.
- Understanding of the Philippine fintech industry trends and regulations is an advantage.
