Field Manager

Maya-Prem Memorial Trust (MPMT), a registered NGO in Gorkha District, has been working for over a decade in the southern part of Gorkha with the aim of improving the socio-economic well-being of grassroots communities. MPMT's mission contribute to sustainable development of backward communities through leveraging local resources and skills in areas such as agriculture, education, health, and youth empowerment. Following a successful pilot phase (FY2021–FY2023) in Gandaki and Sahid Lakhan Rural Municipalities of Gorkha, Maya-Prem Memorial Trust (MPMT) is implementing the three-year Project for Empowering the Small-Holder Farmers' Action (PESHA Project) from January 2024, with technical and financial support from AMDA-MINDS and JICA. The project aims to support smallholder farmers in transitioning from subsistence farming to market-oriented production, with a focus on coffee and vegetable cultivation. It engages 300 vegetable farmers and 600 coffee farmers, promoting agricultural entrepreneurship to build self-sustaining communities. MPMT hereby invites applications for the position of Field Manager (FM).
