What You’ll Do
- Own the leasing experience from first contact to signed lease and move-in
- Create engaging, personalized tours that sell both the apartment and the lifestyle
- Proactively generate and manage traffic—calls, emails, online leads, and walk-ins
- Qualify prospects and match them with the right home
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure a smooth, accurate move-in process
- Build relationships that drive resident satisfaction, renewals, and referrals
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead
What Sets You Apart
- 1+ year of residential leasing experience (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect and build trust
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software (preferred)
- A true team player with a results-driven mindset
