Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – SEA and Social Ads

You have at least 3 years of (agency) experience in performance marketing and have already implemented successful campaigns in the areas of Google Ads and Social Media Ads You are very familiar with analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and reporting dashboards You have a good understanding of conversion optimization and A/B testing You have e-commerce experience, especially with online sales strategies and data-driven marketing decisions You have the ability to write target group-oriented advertising texts that are both creative and sales-promoting You understand how to consider psychological factors to elicit positive behavior from users You are number-savvy and enjoy gaining valuable insights from data You have organizational talent and a high level of initiative Passion for trends and interest in learning new topics Your tasks: You are responsible for the conception, implementation and continuous optimization of performance marketing campaigns, especially in the areas of SEA (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social media ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) You identify relevant target groups and develop tailor-made strategies to address them efficiently and reach them with our training offers You continuously analyze the performance of your campaigns, monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS) and optimize the campaigns based on this data You will oversee the development of our new website and ensure that it is optimally prepared for performance marketing campaigns and conversions Through targeted testing and optimization of landing pages and advertising materials, you ensure that we achieve the best possible results You manage the marketing budget and ensure that all measures are implemented cost-effectively and in a targeted manner
