For more information, visit https://www.maximus.com Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Work on IT assignments of moderate difficulty, under the direction of a more senior mentor, to build a well-rounded skillset - Escalate issues and questions to management as necessary - Participate in group discussions with peers or external groups to solution problems of moderate scope - Participate in meetings to gain process knowledge and guidance on assigned projects - Read, understand and perform assignments within prescribed guidelines - Approach challenges and create solutions with a critical thinking and customer service mindset - Prepare standard reports and presentation materials.
